The Stranger knew Raven
Greg noticed Raven and Samantha on their outing and had a feeling that he knew his former police dog. He didn’t draw attention to himself for fear of being perceived as creepy or a stalker. Samantha was suspicious of him when he stood silently. His attempt to appear inconspicuous had failed.
