Tourist traps can damage your finances. Avoiding them is important if your goal is to make your vacation memorable for the experiences you have, not the money spent.
You are wrong if you believe that local streets will save you from tourist traps. If you choose the main attractions, you will be charged tourist prices on the main tourist streets. While others are being ripped off, choose the side streets. Don’t forget the ask the owner whether they will charge extra depending on where you are in the store.
