There are many easy and cheap home remedies for athlete’s foot

4. Salt Soak

Epsom salt should be in all households. These salts are effective in treating a variety of conditions, including athletes’ feet. Epsom salt feeds the skin with magnesium and sulfate, which can reduce inflammation. These minerals can also help to kill the bacteria that causes athlete’s feet.

You can create a foot soak by adding a few teaspoons of Epsom salts into a footbath. Spend ten to fifteen minutes soaking your feet in a salt bath. After the time has passed, dry your feet completely. Salt soaks work best when used two to three times per day. Epsom salt can also be added to a bath, and the entire body can soak in it. Epsom salt contains minerals that are beneficial for your skin and help relax you.
