There are many easy and cheap home remedies for athlete’s foot

3. Bleach Soak

Another type of soak can also help treat athlete’s feet. This soak is made by mixing a teaspoon of bleach with a half gallon of water. It is important not to overuse the bleach when making this solution. Be sure to measure it carefully and use the right amount of water.

Mix the bleach with the water, and then soak your toes in it. Keep your feet in the mixture of bleach and water for about 10 minutes. You will need to dry your feet thoroughly after the ten-minute period. The bleach in water kills the bacteria and fungus responsible for the symptoms of athlete’s feet. This remedy is effective, but it can also be harsh on some people. It may not be suitable for everyone.
