8. Soybeans

You can increase your estrogen level by eating soybeans. Soybeans contain soy isoflavones which are estrogen compounds that increase estrogen levels in the body. You can consume soybeans in their natural form or add it to milk, tofu and other recipes.

Recent studies have shown that soy consumption can increase the risk of breast cancer. You may want to reduce your soy consumption if breast cancer is a family disease or you’ve already been diagnosed with breast cancer.

You should always consult your doctor about whether you can safely eat soy and if this is the best method to increase estrogen levels.
