6. Chia Seeds

Chia Seeds is the seed that few people know about. It is likely that you have heard about the importance of eating flax seeds. However, they are high in compounds that support estrogen. Flax seeds will not help you lower your estrogen levels. Chia seeds have the same omega-3s and nutrients as flax seed, but they can lower your estrogen levels.

Chia seeds can be consumed in many different ways. Add them to your cereal, ice-cream, yogurt or salad. Sprinkle them on food to add texture and flavor.

Some people add them to their smoothies. If you like the taste of chia seed, you can soak it in water and eat with a spoon.
