12. Whole Grains

The majority of people consume some breads, pastas, and other foods made with grains. It’s best to switch to whole grain pasta and bread if you want to increase your estrogen levels. Whole grains are more natural and healthier. White bread, and other similar foods, contain bleaching and preservatives that alter their color. They are very low in nutrients and can prevent the body’s full functioning.

Whole grains have been shown to increase estrogen levels in many studies. It’s good news for those who are trying to conceive. Whole-grain products are available in a wide range of varieties, from pasta to dinner rolls to sandwich bread.

Chances are, if they have a version with white flour there’s also a version with whole grains. You will feel better and taste better after you make the switch.
