There are 14 foods that either lower or increase estrogen.

10. Beans

All beans contain coumestan which is a phytoestrogen. Beans have many health benefits and are a great addition to your diet even if your goal is not to increase your estrogen levels. These beans are rich in vitamins and other nutrients your body requires to function and stay healthy. All of the beans you can choose from are great.

You won’t be bored eating the same beans all the time because there are so many different varieties and they all have benefits. Beans can be prepared in any way you want and still contain the estrogen and nutrients they have. Add them to chili or soups, as well as salads.

You can hide the flavor of beans if you do not like them by adding them into casseroles and other foods with stronger flavors. Some people love the taste of beans, so they cook them and eat it plain.
