Shoulder discomfort caused by:

Shoulder pain is undoubtedly one of the most significant symptoms. Typically, it is what prompts people to seek treatment at the doctor’s office or the emergency room. The only exception is septic arthritis (arthritis caused by an infectious disease in the shoulder), which begins shortly after the onset of the infection and can be treated with antibiotics and analgesics.

People with shoulder arthritis avoid activities requiring the use of their arms and wrists due to excruciating pain. They likely cannot reach higher shelves and will have difficulty conducting daily activities. This pain fluctuates intermittently, and they frequently experience flare-ups with excessive involvement of symptoms during times of stress and tension. During outbreaks, the painful articulation may become distended, red, and tender to the touch. This may indicate that the shoulder joint is inflamed, and you are likely also experiencing shoulder muscle discomfort.
