Cinnamon pills are available, but are not as potent as cinnamon powder. Cinnamon is also known to have many other benefits and can help with preventing infections and other illnesses.

Cinnamon is not for everyone. Some people are allergic. Start with small doses of cinnamon to make sure you can tolerate the spice and it doesn’t worsen nausea.
