6. When you exercise at a high level, your muscles are affected.

After a while, they will become sore and you won’t be able to do any activity. It has been shown that if you practice high-power exercises with good preparation you will get into shape faster. While you are doing both types of exercise, your muscle is tearing. A person who runs regularly will experience something very similar.

They will eventually stop doing their high-level activity. This is because the muscles are weakening. If they try to do anything unexpected, it may cause them to fall. Resting for a few days will not help you if you are sick. The permanent harm is over.
