Back pain can be cured with this 15-minute daily exercise routine

Around 90% of adults will experience back pain at some stage in their life. Back pain is the leading cause of disability at work: Many days are lost due to the pain.

OMGIFactshas created a daily 15-minute routine that not only helps you to get rid of your back pain, but also prevents it from returning. Warm-up exercises must be done before starting.

Hamstring floor stretches

Steps:

  1. Lean back with one leg bent.
  2. Pull the straight leg up straight and towards your face using a stretch ribbon. Pull the straight leg until it is uncomfortable but still difficult.
  3. Hold the position for 30 seconds and repeat the process with the other leg.
  4. Repeat this exercise two times.

What is the benefit? By stretching the hamstring, you can reduce lower back pain. The longer muscles reduce pain and pressure in the lower back.
