We imagine that no one can get in the way of what Alicia Keys feels for her home in La Jolla. This mansion that she shares with Swizz Beatz was apparently on the market for around a year when the couple got their hands on it. Initially, it was listed at $30 million, but that’s not what they paid
Instead, the pair managed to drop the price down to $20.8 million, cutting off almost a third in the process. That’s an amazing deal for a home that comes with a library, theater, two steam rooms, and four bedrooms. It was also designed by Wallace E. Cunningham, one of the people that Architectural Digest named as a top-100 designer.
