It’s safe to say that Katy Perry is pretty much living the teenage dream with the life that she’s built for herself. A successful music career, plenty of money in the bank, and a partner in the form of Orlando Bloom – what more could you ask for? The couple now reportedly live together in a $14.2 million compound.
However, this technically isn’t the most valuable home that Katy’s ever had. After all, following the move to Montecito, she sold her Beverly Crest property for $18 million. It was the same amount of money that she paid for the place – which boasts a gym, sauna, swimming pool, and spa across 5,400 square feet – back in 2017.
