This is a one-man project
Breaux has decided to complete the project largely by himself. The fact that he is building everything himself is one of the reasons it takes him so long. Breaux lives in his house, but it is still a work-in-progress on the second and third floor.
Breaux’s job takes up most of his free time, making things even more difficult. He can’t devote as much time as he wants to finishing his house, and has to work on it whenever he gets off work. Breaux’s ability to build a house in his free time is impressive, especially considering that many of us are barely able to cook dinner after work.
