That includes one beachfront place that he apparently purchased for $12 million back in 2011. The home was located in Malibu.
With four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, the property offered plenty of space for Perry across 5,500 square feet. Sitting on one of Malbiu’s most “prestigious” streets, it was also in an incredible location for the star. However, he eventually decided to sell the place in 2020, with the property ultimately going for $13.1 million.
