The Warner estate is reportedly where the majority of this money comes from. He bought it for $165,000,000 in 2020. California’s highest-priced home was quickly topped off with the purchase next door. Bezos reportedly spent $10 million to add this smaller home to his 13,600-square foot mansion, complete with tennis court and pool.
