Rob Lowe’s home actually sold for more than its relisted price

Some people might not realize just how much Rob and Sheryl Lowe have in their bank. However, when you consider what their Montecito home reportedly sold for a few years ago, it’s clear that they’ve no shortage of money. After apparently first being listed for $47 million, it went for just a little bit lower at $45.5 million.
This was actually a jump up from the $42.5 million it was relisted at before the final sale. Whoever bought it scored themselves a home with six bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, and, bizarrely, 11 fireplaces. The 10,000-square-foot property boasts a lot of stylistic touches, thanks to the help of experts like Don Nulty, Kyle Irwin, and Mark Rios.
