To some people, selling a home for $45 million might seem like a huge deal. However, it all depends on what the property was that got sold. In the case of Cindy Crawford, getting this much for her old house wasn’t the celebratory affair you might expect. That’s because of how much she paid for it in the first place.
Back in 2015, she and Rande Gerber put down $50.5 million for the four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom property in Malibu. While that’s not much of a drop, you have to consider that they also reportedly renovated the place while they lived there. So, they probably expected more for the 5,243-square-foot house with its dreamy beachside views.
