Luckily for Ellen Degeneres, it seems that she didn’t have to worry about shelling out too much more on a new home. Apparently, the place that she purchased in Beverly Hills sold for the same amount that she listed her own former property for. What’s more, she bought the place from Adam Levine, who sold the house very quickly.
He got $45 million for his seven-bedroom mansion after putting it on the market for less than five weeks. Apparently, he’d wanted $47.5 million for the place but was seemingly happy to drop that down by a few million to get rid of the property. At least he got more than the $34 million he paid several years earlier.
