Sometimes, the sale or purchase of a new home can take months, especially when you’re trying to do both at the same time. However, for Bon Jovi, the process seemed to be a very smooth, very quick one when he switched up his place of residence in 2020. It helped that he didn’t have to go far to move.
After selling a property in Palm Beach for almost $20 million, he reportedly dropped $43 million on a place just down the street. This one apparently came with seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms across a space of over 10,200 square feet. The property was designed by Thomas Kirchhoff and boasted exceptional access to the beach.
