If you find that you don’t use something that often, is there any point in keeping it around? Sure, there’s a chance that you may get some use out of it down the line. However, sometimes people say that just because they’re afraid of letting things go. Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are not such people, though.
That’s why the two apparently didn’t hesitate to put their Hollywood Hills home on the market when they realized they weren’t using it enough. Apparently, the couple are “rarely in LA” and enjoy living in Montana, so they decided to say goodbye to the 10-acre property. They offered up the seven-bedroom place for $35 million back in 2021.
