14 Trigger Finger Causes

Rock Climbing 12.

Rock climbing is a sport that often leads to trigger finger. The most difficult aspect of this sport is using your fingers to grasp the various holds. Then, as you move, you rest your weight on your fingers. If you have not properly trained yourself to use your fingertips to lift yourself, doing so can be extremely painful and a good way to tear one of your tendons.

If you train and repeatedly perform the same motions, you may develop trigger finger as a result of excessive wear and strain on the tendons. Multiple sports can result in tendon damage and discomfort. Before engaging in any type of sport, it is essential to limber up properly. Ensure that you stretch afterward as well.
