Vaginitis is the most frequent manifestation of trich symptoms in females. A woman infected with the trich parasite may experience a foul-smelling, frothing, yellow or gray discharge.
Even blood may be present in the discharge. Typically, the vaginal and surrounding areas become red and irritated. Your genitalia may swell and you may experience discomfort during sexual activity. Men with trich may experience penile and ball enlargement, itching, redness, and general discomfort in the genital region.
