14 Lifestyle Modifications For Successful Intermittent Fasting

9.Consume Abundant Water

Even when you are not fasting, you should always consume plenty of water. It has long been believed that eight glasses of water per day is the recommended amount of water, but most doctors agree that this amount may be a little less or a little more depending on individual factors such as weight, and it’s never a good idea to drink too much water.

During your fast, you should remember to consume plenty of water. Your body will receive no fluids from the food you consume, so you will need to consume water and other fluids. You can also augment a fast with milk and fruit juices if you experience dizziness and are in need of nutrients.

Many people find that consuming only water makes them nauseous, especially in the morning: This is where supplementing your fast with milk or juice can be beneficial.
