14 Lifestyle Modifications For Successful Intermittent Fasting

5.Eat Healthy Following

Fasting does not begin and conclude with the fast; you must also consider what you will do for your health after the fast is over. Take a close look at the foods you consumed prior to beginning your fast: Make a physical inventory of the foods and beverages you have been consuming; some people also find it helpful to list their mealtimes to determine which times of the day they are most likely to snack.

After a fast, approach eating in a healthful manner: Eliminate all forms of artificial colorants, flavors, and ingredients such as monosodium glutamate (MSG), which is frequently disguised as “salt” on food labels. Source your food as naturally as possible, and if possible, grow some of it yourself; alternatively, purchase it directly from a farmer’s market, where it will be as healthy as possible.
