Caffeine is a proven source of health benefits. Many people don’t realize this when they have their first cup of the day. Caffeine can increase blood flow, improve focus and even be beneficial for your heart.

It doesn’t say you need to drink three energy drinks. In fact, you can drink just one. This is a dangerous amount of energy drink, especially if you are sick.

You can drink one cup of coffee slowly. If you can tolerate milk, add it if you prefer. This will help with your cough and may make you feel better if you are suffering from the flu.
