14 Common Appendicitis Causes

  1. As a post-surgical consequence of specific operations

When people schedule surgery, they have faith in the surgeon and expect that everything goes well. Although it is a fact that many things can go wrong during the course of a typical surgery, everyone on the opposite side of the operating table is generally contemplating the same thing.

Surgery is not always as straightforward as it should be. Sometimes it may go awry due to random chance, and other times due to the negligence of a nurse or surgeon. While sedated and lying on the table, your health could be jeopardized in all of these circumstances.

One of the most common complications of surgery is infection, either at the site of the operation or elsewhere in the body. It is for this reason that a tremendous dose of antibiotics is always administered alongside surgery, but it is not always sufficient to prevent the body from contracting an infection.

It can occur on the operating table or during hospital postoperative care: Depending on the type of surgery you have recently undergone, you may be susceptible to a variety of infections, including appendicitis.
